| The Celestial Empire hereby declares peace with the Kalistan, nullifying all prior laws, acts, directives, and edicts that legitimized any sort of hostility or forceful action towards Kalistan and its people. A status quo ante bellum shall exist until a more formal peace treaty can be signed. |
