An Act, to allow for the creation of securitized accounts at the Brmk Bank


Section One: Codification of Hr. Or. 140 (dated June 5th, 3982)

Section 1(a): The Brmk Bank, created upon the order of His Grace, King Christopher (now deceased) and His Privy Council in accordance with the Ministry of Finance and the now defunct Imperial Ministry of Financial Management (IMFM) shall henceforth be recognized in law, with all due accounts being given credence via statute.

Section Two: Regulation of Assets.

Sec. 2(a): All assets pertaining to the bank shall be secured in accordance with Barmenian law.

Section Three: Effective date.

Sec. 3(a): This bill shall take effect upon the signature of His Grace.
