| Prologue: Child Labour is a horrible thing and needs to be criminalised. Children should be learning and gaining skills through the education system not working long hours for minimal pay. This bill aims to full criminalise many forms of child labour. Articles. 1 - Employment A. A person cannot begin full-time employment in till they are above the adult age. B. A person cannot begin part-time employment in till they are above the ages of 16. C. No business or organisation can hire a full-time employer if they are below the adult specified age. D. No business or organisation can hire a part-time employer if they are below the adult specified age. E. Sections 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D do not apply to charity or not-for-profit businesses or organisations. 2 - Punishments A. Any business that hires a full-time worker who is below the adult age, will be subject to a 25k DAV fine. B. Any business that hires a part-time worker who is below the ages of 16, will be subject to a 25k DAV fine. |
