1. The measuring of speed of any verhicle on public roads by government authorities is not allowed.
2. Exceptions are:
2.1. Near schools, hospitals, old folk homes, pre-schools, universities.
3. Motorists have to be warned twice before a official speed measuring.
4. There shall be no speed limit on motorways.
5. This law is a normal law and can be altered or changed with an absolute majority of seats.
