| Mr. Speaker, Currently we are giving a blank check that we send around the world, where we give countries money in exchange for their friendship, ideas, etc. This is unacceptable and a gross misuse of taxpayer money that should be used for Luthorians. We propose a modest decrease to the international aid purse. |
