Description[?]:
An act to remove excessively restrictive environmental regulations, which harm small business owners and farmers far more than they protect the environment. A small farmer should be able to kill his pig without having to file a form in triplicate to his local government, a huntsman should not be punished if he kills an "endangered" animal to feed his family, and a small industry should not be driven out of business because it emits slightly more carbon dioxide than some arbitrary amount imposed by the government.
