While recognising foreign diplomats should have certain privileges it should be made easier to expel diplomats who in some way risk the public interest. Additionally the Foreign Office should be free to remove embassy rights from countries that no longer have diplomatic relations with Kirlawa. |

Old value:: The Government grants full diplomatic immunity and foreign diplomats are protected from arrests and prosecution from all laws and are protected from civil lawsuits, but may be expelled.
Current: Diplomats are exempt from prosecution for criminal acts but not from civil lawsuits, but may still be expelled because of criminal acts.
