Bill: Anti-Union Violence Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Hosia Demokrata Popola Partio

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 4056

Description[?]:

The rise of the fascist trade unions led by the so-called Phalanx and the persistence of anarchist and communist syndicates have made it clear that trade unions in the Federation of Zardugal have been monopolized by extremist and violent movements with the explicit goal of overthrowing the Zardic state and abolishing its democratic character. For this reason we unfortunately find it necessary to disband all existing trade unions and issue a temporary ban on unionization and organized labor. The government will not turn silent to the grievances of employees, provided they are expressed through legitimate and democratic channels. The Federation shall also cooperate closely with faith-based organizations to ensure that the needs of the most disadvantaged Zards continue to be met, while the economic growth that the Federation of Zardugal is bound to experience will guarantee an increase in the standard of living for all Zards.
