Description[?]:

This act of the State Council in the year of four thousand and fifty six (4056) formally declares war and authorizes the use of force against the Dundorfian Democratic Republic for the reasons of:

1) Systematic genocide and gross violations of Human rights of Dundorfian citizens of Hosian descent;
2) Gross violations of International Law by the storming of Dorvish embassies and murder of diplomatic officials;
3) Targeting Dorvish soldiers and diplomatic officials during meetings with recognized Patriarchy of Dundorf officials;

This Declaration of War shall be carried out by the Armed Forces of Dorvik and it's allies, cessation of hostilities shall be conducted by vote of the State Council by a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the State Council or by peace accord or treaty to end hostilities.
