| A bill to greater increase the access of the working people within this nation to simple means of communication, specifically, the usage of telephones. While our current stance does protect the lower class, simple government assistance sometimes will not cut it for our disparaged comrades. This is due to the fact that most telephone service providers will charge outrageous prices for the usage of telephones, which have become a necessity in our modern society. This bill will put an end to this oppression by regulating the prices Service providers may charge. Furthermore, this will also allow the government to save money, as less money will be needed to put into providing financial assistance for phone usage. |
