| WHEREAS global fascism and terrorism has become an increasingly disconcerting issue. WHEREAS it is acknowledged that peace is preferable to war, but living in fear is preferable to neither WHEREAS we must put ourselves on the same ground as our neighbors and adversaries militarily WHEREAS nuclear technology is unsafe at this point, and immoral in the conduct of war. WHEREAS nuclear technology should not be precluded from research because many volatile technologies, after further investigation and modification, become safer and more effective WHEREAS biological warfare is civilian targeting and has no place in a humane military doctrine HEREBY this National Assembly accepts these articles into law: |
