| The Government proposes to increase the spending budget to the Defense for the next fourth years to founding the construction of new four multi-purpose frigate, two orientend to deep ground attack and bombing the coast in support of the landing forces and two oriented to an anti-aircraft role. The budget increase provide A bilion for each unity, five hundred milion for the research and development program and five hundred milion to the armement and last test programs. In case of bill approvation the Government propose also the creation of a Parlamentary Commission to naming the new unity.
