Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Dear citizens of Beiteynu, in accordance with the constitution of our country, the military has plotted against the goverrnment and declared new election under the strong supervision of the the army resulting in a resounding victory of the CYP. As we sit here, all constituional organs are guarded by the military. All former cabinet members including the former prime minister are arrested at a military base. For now, 13.000 people were arrested. For the time being i will chair a cabinet consisting out of members of the military and a few CYP-members. The president will remain untouched, but will stay at his palace under military surviellance. We, the generals will restore true democracy. By passage of this act: 1. There is a nationwide curfew from 8pm to 6am. 2. No political activity is allowed 3. A general immunity against all members of the public service and of the military is decalred for all that might happen during the next five years. Signed and spoken Rav aluf Weinberger |
