A bill to require 35% of all corporate executive positions be held by women within 24 months of this bill passing into law, and subsequentially 40% by 36 months and 45% within 48 months.

All corporate positions must also have racial minorities proportional to the general population in the area in both employment and in executive positions within 24 months of passage of this act.

All corporations must also have at least 5% of executives as openly gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered persons within 24 months of passage of this bill.
