Description[?]:
It is unfair to give certain businesses advantages over other businesses just because they are organized in a different way. Our government should allow all types of businesses to compete fairly in the marketplace without giving any type an advantage. Its about the freedom to choose and do what is best for consumers, business owners, and employees. If businesses are not allowed to fire striking workers, it will cause major disruptions in services. We believe Unions have a very important role to play but they cannot be allowed to hold businesses hostage with unreasonable demands. Also, by not allowing employers to fire striking workers, most employers will simply choose to never hire union workers in the first place, which is bad for all involved. |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
