| The Conservative Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania. We have currently have a huge surplus and this bill would adjust spending to allow more funding to departments that we previo9usly made cuts to so they can help this country grow and develop.
