Note: The Provisional Government will not persecute personnel or anyone that has cooperated with the old government. National and International Courts will only arrest people that have given orders or misused their position to kill, torture or discriminate against anybody since the Imperial Federal Republic was overthrown. This Reform of the Provisional government will recognise two foreign organisations as terrorist organisation, due to several reasons: -for National Security -for International Security -for Justice -for Having connections to the old government -for Political reasons by the ID Party Much of the information has been gained by Darnussian exiles and the Provisional Intelligence Agency (PIA). After this reform passes, anyone being a member, or suspected to be one by evidence will be forbidden to enter the country and if so will be arrested and held under POW international laws. All property of those will be confiscated, according to current laws. And every Darnussian supporting these organisations will be penalised with a high fine. There will also be additional sanctions. Terrorist Organisations: -Anarchokommunistische Union -Verband Liberaler Demokraten (both oranisations are in Lodamun) This act can be suspended by the Intelligence agency or Parliament or if it is not reapproved after 3 (in-game) years, this is in 4092. |
