| Preamble: We, the Jelbék Ám'ádsrlji Rekvaknsé Prta, recognize the need for modernization and a transition from a nomadic society to a more settled society, more like the rest of the civilized world. To that end, we introduce this legislation as the first phase of a comprehensive urbanization project. Article 1: A new capital city shall be constructed in the eastern part of the Taghe of Baniray, in the ancestral homeland of the Grakkrt clan. The city shall be named Suadjahrltajezstad. Plans for the city's construction are included in the attached addendum. Article 2: The city of Wrntuégrzojogad, in the Taghe of Turadrad, shall be expanded. Plans for the city's expansion are included in the attached addendum. Article 3: In keeping with our goal of a more urbanized populace, nomadic peoples shall be encouraged to move into the new city of Suadjahrltajezstad and the expanded city of Wrntuégrzojogad. Article 4: The following cities shall be renamed, in honor of our nation's status as an Ahmadi Republic: The city of Baofluz, our nation's current capital and largest city, in the Taghe of Perimor, shall be renamed Ám'ádjezstad; The city of Vrnéshrvjezstad, in the Taghe of Baniray, shall be renamed Vfzikaijezstad; And the city of Prsakijsrljitrk, in the Taghe of Rilmos, shall be renamed Akimsrljitrk.
