This reform will:
- Grant Zarvospol political, cultural and economic independence and rename it to the Kozak Hetmanate.
- Grant Brakav political, cultural and economic independence and rename it to the Kaiserreich of the Tirgith Hulstrians.
- Rename Vrosnok to Petrovgrad Governorate.
- Rename Radin to Rodshyadam Governorate
- Grant Lesnov political and cultural, but not economic, independence and rename it to the Lesnov Oblast.
- Rename regions to Federal Subjects.
- Due to this reform, it is proposed to add the title Кайзер Тиргитских Галстрийцев (Kaiser of the Tirgith Hulstrians).
