Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Gloria Mangano, nagional secretary of the PSDI: "hon. Members pf parliament, I'm here to propose you a Cabinet formed by the progressive ans social minded parties of the Nation. After the evolutiom of my party and the dialogue with our allies, we reach to present you a peogram to implement the welfare system of the nation but follow in paraleln by an economic policy open to the free market to reach the objecyive to put the economical force of the free enterprise principles at the service of the society. Here some of the principal point of our government program. A program mainly split in two sector: Welfare Proposals: - Government will provide funding for abortions. - The government will subsidize higher education tuition to a certain amount, the rest is covered by the individual students. This includes scholarship programs. (Statutory Text proposal: The part covered by the students will be calculate on the basis of the personal income/family income and will include a no tax area for the low-income families ). - The government will maintains a system of universities, vocational schools, and colleges nationwide. - The government will maintains a system of free publically owned nursery and pre-school educational centres. Economic Proposals: - Energy is provided by private companies but the prices they can charge are regulated. - The government does not subsidize research and development of prescription drugs but regulates their prices. - The government encourages nuclear power (subsidies, tax relief etc). - Private companies operate TOCs throughout the country. - All television media are private. All this proposals will be follow by a Budget Review to adjust the national expenditures with the new needs and the new laws. Thank you" |
