| Seeing as Nuclear weapons pose a significant threat to noncombatants, both here and abroad, and that nuclear war could threaten the very existence of Terra, it stands to reason that any logical, modern nation limit the use of Nuclear Weapons as much as possible. However, seeing the potential danger of complete Nuclear Disarmament and the massive scientific benefit of Nuclear research, this bill seeks to preserve the right to possess and produce Nuclear Weapons, but limit the use of said weapons unless mitigating circumstances arise to justify their use. |
