Details
Submitted by[?]: Populist Reform Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 4115
Description[?]:
These are our last proposed reforms for now that are set to undue NPF era stuff along with mend other things. Our reasoning: Article 1-We feel fishing quotas may help endangered species of fish, however we also don't wish to force this so we believe it should be left to local governments. Article 2-We feel the Central Govt should stay out of marriage largely,it is the decision of local governments to regulate it however we feel at the end of the day there won't be too much discrimination. Article 3-We feel this is completely okay to do if the couple want it. Article 4-This is to try and boost Mordusia's image as 'free' along with help our tourism and economy. Article 5-This is to try and help low-income and retirees. Article 6-We propose this largely for safety reasons,as some herbicides or pesticides could poison our food supply. Article 7-While we are against most recreational drugs,we are Pro-Pot and honestly believe the Local Governments know what will be best. Article 8-While we do not want every refugee in the world coming into Mordusia,we would not be against letting some in if they are the victims of say genocide or segregation or something else like that. If no other countries are willing to take them then we would also support taking them in. |

Random quote: "Civil disobedience. . . is not our problem. Our problem is civil obedience. Our problem is that numbers of people all over the world have obeyed the dictates of the leaders of their government and have gone to war, and millions have been killed because of this obedience. . Our problem is that people are obedient all over the world in the face of poverty and starvation and stupidity, and war, and cruelty. Our problem is that people are obedient while the jails are full of petty thieves, and all the while the grand thieves are running the country. That's our problem." - Howard Zinn |
