Bill: Communist Cabinet Reshuffle

Details

Submitted by[?]: Unsubmissive Beluzian Workers Party

Status[?]: passed

This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 4115

Description[?]:

As Senator Janus Hartmann II A.P.S, PhD and Sir Janus Hartmann A.S, A.P.S, B.A., B.S have resigned from the state council, their positions will be replaced by two members of the party who have shown a great amount of talent in Defence and Trade and Industry for many years. The following is the old shadow state council:

Head of Government: Dr Gabriel Florea A.P.S, B.A. (ultra-radical communist)
Foreign Affairs: Dr. Jean-Marie Vallier A.S, M.Phil, A.P.S, B.A (ultra-radical libertarian)
Internal Affairs: Dame Angela Ventura PhD, A.P.S (ultra-radical socialist)
Finance: Dr Johnson Henry Greg PhD, A.P.S, B.A., B.S, M.Phil. (radical libertarian)
Defence: Sir Janus Hartmann A.S, A.P.S, B.A., B.S (ultra-radical socialist)
Justice: Dr Marlene Davidson A.S, M.Phil, A.P.S, B.A (ultra-radical communist)
Infrastructure and Transport: Senator Janus Hartmann II A.P.S, PhD (ultra-radical libertarian)
Health and Social Services: Professor Harriette Odell Boon A.P.S, PhD, M.Phil, B.A., B.S (ultra-radical socialist)
Education and Culture: Dr Cecilia Rasmussen A.P.S, B.A., B.S (ultra-radical liberal socialist)
Science and Technology: Dr Nelda Valorie Beverly B.S., M.Phil (ultra-radical socialist)
Food and Agriculture: Professor Marie-Anne Smith B.A (ultra-radical socialist)
Environment and Tourism: Dame Jane Marie-Anne Varman B.A., B.S (radical libertarian)
Trade and Industry: Dr Ericka Ronnette Haenraets B.A., B.S., M.Phil, PhD, A.P.S., A.S (ultra-radical socialist)

The old cabinet is composed of radical libertarians, socialists and communists. President Romanovic, said that a state council like this was no problem and there wouldn't be a major reshuffle, but as the two Hartmann's have resigned (there have been reports that the two argued during a cabinet meeting), there needs to be a change in who serves the interests of these two Departments. When asked by reporters about the feud between the two Hartmanns, which has gone on for 29 years (over the father's defeat during the Speaker election 30 years ago) and has not seen father and son reuniting, President Romanovic said: "I do not wish to comment on this anymore. It's a worthless story and bringing this up is just a distraction to the state council and to the nation. This story also has no relation whatsoever to both Hartmanns leaving. So either you shut up or I'll kick you out."

After calming down, he announced the new Government: Here is the list:

Head of Government: Dr. Jean-Marie Vallier A.S, M.Phil, A.P.S, B.A (ultra-radical Metzist)
Foreign Affairs: Dame Angela Ventura PhD, A.P.S (ultra-radical revolutionary socialist)
Internal Affairs: Dr Marlene Davidson A.S, M.Phil, A.P.S, B.A (ultra-radical communist)
Finance: Dr Johnson Henry Greg PhD, A.P.S, B.A., B.S, M.Phil. (ultra-radical Kaminskiist)
Defence: Professor Joseph Aikley, PhD, M.Ed., M.Phil, A.P.S, B.A, LL.M (ultra-radical anarchist communist)
Justice: Professor Harriette Odell Boon A.P.S, PhD, M.Phil, B.A., B.S (ultra-radical left-wing populist)
Infrastructure and Transport: Dr Ericka Ronnette Haenraets B.A., B.S., M.Phil, PhD, A.P.S., A.S (ultra-radical democratic socialist)
Health and Social Services: Dame Katherine Jean-Marie Adamson PhD, A.P.S (ultra-radical revolutionary syndicalist)
Education and Culture: Dr Cecilia Rasmussen A.P.S, B.A., B.S (ultra-radical liberal socialist)
Science and Technology: Dr Nelda Valorie Beverly B.S., M.Phil (ultra-radical Leonidist)
Food and Agriculture: Professor Marie-Anne Smith B.A (ultra-radical democratic socialist)
Environment and Tourism: Dame Jane Marie-Anne Varman B.A., B.S (radical Kaminskiist)
Trade and Industry: The Duchess of Jameson M.Ed., B.A., B.S , M.Phil, B.Ec., B.Soc.Sci, MIA (ultra-radical Kaminskiist)

The two positions, as expected, has been replaced by two major figures who have served those sectors for many years. The rest of the members are still intact and have not been changed. This state council, not only is it probably the most far-left state council (92.3% are ultra-radicals), it is one of the most gender biased cabinets (84.62% of the cabinet are female). Many people have criticised the President for being a pervert by including so many females in cabinet, as many people perceive that he is putting them there to have sex with him, which has been debunked many times. He has said that including more females in cabinet will attract more female voters from the newly found Beluz Traditional Party and the Beluz Liberal Democrats.

Many members of the BRRP and the two main opposition parties have praised President Romanovic's new state council, saying that not only has President Romanovic set an example for the world by having many women in the cabinet to ensure gender equality, he has also shown that he can keep the nation together, no matter how many small protests there are against his gender biased cabinet. Many BRRP members have also praised the President for passing more and more socialist reforms which have been proven successful ever since the BRRP came into office. With the regulation of the economy by socialists and communists, income equality is 100%, with the top 10% poor earning the same income as the top 10% rich (180,500 to 180,500), unemployment is down from pre-BRRP levels of 18.9% to 0.52% now, through the destruction of the capitalism and the private sector. The rich people are paying their fair share of taxes and Beluzia has had a budget surplus for more than 30 years, education rates are up from 70% pre-BRRP to 99% now, corruption is at a new low, from 15,000 cases pre-BRRP to only 10 cases now etc etc.

The President has an approval rating of 94.3% and only a disapproval rating of 5.7%, which is quite funny, considering how the BRRP drew only 59% of the vote in the last Parliamentary elections. When asked by the press whether he was afraid of losing voters, he said: "Of course we're not. What is democracy if people don't change their views every now and then and vote for the other party? We lost 41% of the vote last term. Am I angry? No. Why? Because this shows to the world that we are a multi-party democracy and not a one party dictatorship. More opposition means more changes to the way government functions. Without opposition, the nation would be in turmoil right now, if our party was not opposed by other more moderate parties. If we lose our majority next election, no problem! We'll form a cabinet with one of the opposition parties, but we'll have to make a deal with them to not overturn the so many reforms that we have passed that have helped countless of citizens. Reversing that will make us go back to pre-BRRP conservative policies
