| Preamble:- AN ACT voicing for the formation of a government agency which will be responsible for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the country's electrical transmission and distribution network. Article 1. National Electricity Commission There shall be a general retailer of electricity in Kazulia, called the Nasjonale Strøm Kommisjon or National Electricity Commission, whose responsibilities shall be:- (a) To provide a safe, reliable, high quality electricity supply, in an environmentally responsible manner, utilizing best practices, through empowered employees committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. Article 2. Functions of the National Electricity Commission The functions of the National Electricity Commission:- (a) Design an effective electrical distribution and generation highway in order to facilitate proper electrical distribution (b) Construct effect facilitates in order to facilitate the distribution and generation of electricity (c) Maintain a high standard of quality in distribution and generation, keeping into consider environmental impacts. Article 3. Private and State Owned Electricity Companies As the burden of supplying energy to the entirety of the nation cannot be held only by one state owned company, the National Electricity Commission will allow for both private and public energy companies to coexist in the generation of electricity for the state. Energy generated by companies registered under the National Electricity Commission are subject to its regulations and standards and if said companies are to hinder on the flow of electricity via personal means, under the Anti-Corruption Act of 4114, will be subject to state prosecution where all assets will be seized and the company forced to liquidize. |
