Description[?]:
We're moving inside the delicate rooms of a coalition, so, this small but fundamental bill will be the only one to adress the military sector during this legislature, seen the explicit pacifist ideals of part of our government. This is a fundamental step, I said, because the capacity to defend ourselves from the external menace isn't a question of militarism or pacifism, it's a question to give security to our people. A private defence industry can't defend our variegated land, because it is completely disconnected from the complessive strategical means of our country. The state is necessary expecially in this sector, because he's the only subject who exactly knows how, when and where produce determinated weapons for determinated tasks. We cannot give the life of millions people to the uncontrollable needs of the market. Elvidio Haxan Presidente del Consiglio |
