Giorgio Accorsi, ISLP's National Segretary: "we present to the parliament this proposals because it's clear that there is a strong contradiction in our legal system which permit "hunting and fishing activities (restricted to designated areas and periods)" but "the ownership of guns by private individuals" is not allowed "unless professionally required". So, we can all understand clearly how the hunting it's not a professional activities as conceive by the Law on the "ownership of guns" and is for this reasons that we propose to change the law on this matter opening to the ownership strict license conditions. Thank you" |
