Description[?]:

Giorgio Accorsi, National Segretary and Whip of ISLP:

"good morning, I'm here to present a bill to graant in our economy the respect of the competition in a free market, principle that can ensure efficiency and reduce waste of public funds.
In fact, we ask you: why the State have to save corporation and industries which are not able to operate with profit and efficiency? The only answer is: we have to protect the workers and "vital good and services".
But, the welfare system of Istalia already provide and graant for those without the means to support theirself, temporarily as permanently, all the resources to live well above the poverty line, so the State already protects the workers if they were to find themselves out of work.

Than, the "vital goods and services": what vital goods and services currently exist in Istalia? We are an industrialized nations, with a diversified economy and many actors that operate within and with no monopolies on specific sector of the economy; again, also the primary sector in Istalia is thriving: historically Istalia has always possessed fruitful agricultural land as well as a numerous of resources that have attracted for centuries conquerors and people in search of resources and wealth.

Finally, I would ask you: when a company fails (a company that produces vital goods and services it's obviously a big company), suffer owners and managers for the same problems of their employees? I don't think!
A State intervention goes to save company whose owners and managers was not able to run efficiently and without benefits for all the economy. Why save and protect people who actually would be minimally affected by a failure?
As said, we already provide tools to protect the workers but why divert resources that could be used much more ethically in the social security to save or feed inefficiency and chronic losses? they are money of citizens and we have the duty to use them responsibly for the benefit of the nation and the nation needs no blacks bottomless pits. The efficiency ensures growth, inefficiency stagnation.
Growth secures jobs, stagnation leads to wage cuts and waste of ability of workers to the detriment of the economy.

For all these reasons the Government propose this bill.

Thank you"
