An Act, on behalf of Her Grace the Queen Mother, to allow for the liberalization of Saridani. Section one: Sense of the Assembly. Title I: Sense of the Assembly and Aid to struggling rebel groups within the so called "Ameliorate Republic". Sec. one (a): It is the belief of the Assembly that the actions of the Saridanese government is detrimental to the growth and maturation of democracy and international law throughout the world. It is the view of the Assembly that actions must be taken to remedy this situation. Section two: Appropriation of Funds towards the Defmos Freedom Squads. Sec. two (a): A sum of one hundred million Barmenistans shall be allotted for the purpose of aiding the so called "Defmos Freedom Squads". Title II: Allowance and Recognition of Rebellion on the part of the Defmos Insurgency; formal contracting of weapons for the purpose of aiding the rebellion. Section Three: Recognition of Areas controlled by the Rebellion as Occupied and Sovereign Territory. Sec. three (a): The Assembly, on behalf of Her Grace the Queen Regent, hereby recognize the legality of the rebellion taking place in Saridani at the present time. Sec. three (b): It shall be the position of the Assembly that any place occupied by the rebellion (in the form of the Defmos Freedom Squads) shall be in the hands of a belligerent state. Section Four: Allowance of the Contracting of domestic and foreign arms. Sec. four (a): The Assembly shall hereby bars the purchase of arms within the Kingdom of Barmenia by the Saridanese government. Sec. four (b): The Assembly, on behalf of Her Grace, hereby purchases one billion BAR worth of small arms for the purpose of aiding those in need in foreign nations, as laid out in Council Directive eight five. |
