§1: Vocational schools and colleges will be privatized and run on either a for-profit basis or on charity. Universities that are of cultural significance but with little economic value will be kept under the Education and Culture Department if no private patrons can be found. §2: The State Bank will issue loans to students to cover fees and living costs. §3: Public Universities will be run in accordance with a national curriculum to be decided on by the Education and Culture Department. Private educational establishments will make up their own curricula. |
