Description[?]:
Monsieur le Président, I propose this bill which, if passed by the National Assembly, would authorize the creation of a national bank account for Rildanor in the International Terran Bank. Not only would this allow us to deposit our annual budget surpluses into the account for reliable records keeping, it will allow us to draw funds from this account in the future if we are in need of funds. I yield. Aurelien Chatal Prime Minister Deputy for Tiralouse (Nouveau Centre) ----- Article 1 The National Assembly of the Republic of Rildanor authorizes the creation of a national bank account for Rildanor in the International Terran Bank, to be managed by the Ministry of Finance with legislative oversight. Article 2 Recognizing that the current budget was first approved in June 4118 and has not been modified since (http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=529093&nation=27), and further recognizing that each year yields a budget surplus of 954,934,385 RCR (http://classic.particracy.net/budget.php?nationid=27), the National Assembly of Rildanor authorizes the initial deposit of the cumulative quantity of government funds accrued over the past 16 years, which amount to 15,278,950,160 RCR. |
