| WHEREAS democracy is one of the key values of Kanjor. WHEREAS it is currently possible for union leaders to strike without the workers they represent desiring to do so. WHEREAS such a situation as described above defies the point of a union, which is to represent and serve its members. The PLD submits this bill to the Senat. |
