| This is a fund created which is privately own by a public organization to help prevent combat homelessness and poverty among veterans. This gives people the choice to voluntarily contribute a percentage of their income to this fund on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. People may also make voluntary individual payments not on a time basis. |
