| The President of the Republic, Claudio De Michelis: "Given the evolution of the international situation, hoping to establish more and more relationship with the Federal Republic of Hutori, one of the most advanced and powered nation of the world, hoping that this could be bring in the near future to an advantageous and profitable treaty between our two nation and furthermore to aid our friends of Baltusia in its run to one of the Security Council Seat, I propose and invite the Parliament to give the Istalian vote for the Seat D to the Federal Republic of Hutori.
