Article 1: Constructive vote of no confidence 1st: A constructive vote of no confidence must justify the reasons for the motion and shall submit a Cabinet proposed that takes over if the motion is approved. 2nd: This type of motion can only be proposed by parties that are not members of the Cabinet. 3rd: A Cabinet proposal made by opposition parties without being considered a constructive motion of no confidence will be considered a coup. 4th: The motion must be approved by an absolute majority of the members of the Federal Parliament. Article 2: Motion of confidence 1st: A motion of confidence is placed in voting by the Government in the Federal Parliament. This motion must justify her motives. In case of rejection, a new proposal for a cabinet can be made by the oppostion without being illegal. 2nd: The motion must be approved by an absolute majority of the members of the Federal Parliament. Article 3: Call for early elections 1st: A call for early elections may be made at any time by any party without the need for justification. 2nd: To be approved is required an absolute majority of the members of the Federal Parliament. |
