Description[?]:
Barmenia has a massive problem, and that is the Jelbic problem. For thousands of years the barbarian Jelbics and their descendants have raped and pillaged this continent, given by God to the sons and daughters of Qedar, and extinguished the light of civilization, orderly government, and peace from throughout the continent. There would be no Western imperialism on Qedar had not its vitality and might been trampled upon the invading hordes of Jelbics and their allies. As such the government shall henceforth no longer pander to the interests of Jelbic invaders and their equally destructive descendants. Jelbophone Barmenians will be given a fair and humane choice, of either assimilating into the Qedarite nation, or returning to Seleya where they came from as invaders many centuries ago. Qedarites are not one single race, but a diverse group of people united by common values, religious beliefs, and history, and our main strength has always been our ability to assimilate newcomers into the common body of the Qedarite nation. As such those Jelbics that are willing and capable of assimilation, demonstrated by adopting a Qedarite language, Qedarite customs, and ideally Qedarite names will remain welcome in Barmenia. The others, namely those that will continue to be organized in clans, speak one of the ugly Jelbic languages, and outright reject the primacy of Qedarite peoples in this land will be stripped of their citizenship and face deportation. A similar policy shall be followed for all other foreigners desiring to settle in our nation, Learn or speak one of the languages of the people of Qedar, follow our customs, respect our way of life, and Barmenia will welcome you. Otherwise, go back where you came from. Feyrouz Marwazi Minister of Internal Affairs |

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law. |
