| THE FEDERAL PARLIAMENT OF ENDRALON DECREES: Article 1: The following Bill, http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=502436, is changed to: " The President of the Federal Republic can if he/she wants make an opening speech to Federal Parliament. " Article 2: This amendment shall enter into force if approved by two thirds of the members of the Federal Parliament, but during the period of vote, the President of the Federal Republic cannot make any speech in the Federal Parliament. |
