Under this law: -Courts shall be uniform across Pontesi -All court cases shall be decided by jury -If there is insufficient evidence in a case the case shall not be thrown out of court but rather the Prosecution and the Defence shall present their arguments to the jury and the decision shall be made by the jury as to whether to convict. -Duelling is to be permitted if both parties agree with the stipulation that only sword-duels shall be permitted. |
