| Arts is not just a hobby, it is a true carrier, does any member of the congress how hard it can be for an artist to perfect their drawing technique just to present a beautifull paint. It takes times. Arts requires so much works, we should consider them a full-time work. I suggest the congress gives its okay to funding all arts institutions. with no discrimination.
