Greetings your excellency, Lord and Ladies,
I would like to propose a bill regarding the National banking system. I would like to see public and private enterprises working side by side to develop our great country. So I ask our honorable government ministers to pass this laws which will allow our nation to have private banks to operate along aide with government owned bank. It will be great for our country's economy and development as we are planing to use our fund to invest into our country's infrastructure and developments. We request our government to pass this law.
