| This bill seeks to set in stone what circumstances can trigger early elections to the National Assembly to avoid political instability and constant elections. Article I: If no coalition government, and/or confidence & supply arrangement cannot be agreed early elections should be held as soon as possible. Article II: If ten percent or more of the National Assembly's seats are left vacant, early elections should be held in order to restore representation. |
