Bill: Health Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Socio-Democratic Union
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2183
Description[?]:
Smoking is a real issue. People should have the right to smoke in their own houses, and outside, in "fresh" air. Its their liberty. However, if they are allowed to smoke inside buildings, mostly place of employement as freely as they want, they pollute the air of non-smokers. Non-smokers choosed not to smoke, and submitting them to passive tabagism is taking away their liberty. Passive tabagism can be as dangerous as active tabagism is. We ask all representatives in this country to think about it, and realize that the weight of public health outweight the weight of the liberty to smoke everywhere you want. We ask that, once more, smoking is forbidden in all places of employement. |
