Description[?]:
Faith is a vital part of life in Narikaton and we would in no way seek to undermine it...but the question must be asked, is our society being damaged by the extremely strict religious laws currently in place? We are concerned that the well-being of individuals is being harmed by these laws, and that this is leading to a decline in commercial profitability. Small and medium business owners have told me again and again that one of the worst things that can happen to them is when a key employee suddenly falls foul of the religious laws. It can end up causing chaos across the whole company when employees go missing because of those problems, or their work performance is affected by the stress of a prosecution. We believe there is a case for reform and we we hope it will be considered. Helmut Wolfensohn Chairman of the Enterprise Party |
