| This act will formally replace the Ministry of Defense with the Supreme Army Command, with this being done the Minister of Defense will cease to be a civilian and must always be an appointee of the military. All authority and privileges pass to the Supreme Army Command and the Chief of Staff of the Supreme Army Command. OOC: For RP purposes just make whomever is the Minister of Defense candidate a military officer and it will act as the liaison between the Supreme Army Command and the department dealing with intra-government affairs. |
