BY THIS ACT, the elected representatives of the Barmenian people so declare the Barmenia constitution - written by a monarchic dictatorship to the benefit of a minority - null and void in the eyes of the Barmenian state.

The elected representatives of Barmenia shall henceforth be given a free hand to write a new constitutional framework, biased on liberal, democratic principles.
