Description[?]:
I. About the Doctrine The Hawu Mumenhes Restoration Doctrine is a revolutionary doctrine written by Matriach Cleo Petris in the making of Abewtyru Haryib Isper Xadtu, a political party situated in Hawu Mumenhes. After the rule of the Disruptor party, the people has no known government that led into a state of anarchy and orderless chaos. To further solve this, therefore a New Society must be built by the people with the association with the interim government. The Party and the Doctrine aims to create a New Society, the New Royal State of Hawu Mumenhes, where a legitimate government is present that leads to a society which there is sustainable development in every way. II. Welfare Capitalism and Its Benefits Socialism and capitalism have different roads when you take one of its path. When a nation takes the path of a capitalist economy, the economy economically progresses but develop a high income equality that affects the quality life of a ploletarian that leads to the separation of people through social classes. When a nation takes the socialist path, the economy retains to progress but has a very high quality of industry but sometimes it leads to poverty. It would take mass propaganda and killings for the people to earn their trust to the government You see, these ideologies goes into different ways. But the question is, how can we develop a welfare state without conducting a state-sponsored genocide and how can I provide a strong economy without leaving certain people work like slaves being improperly paid? That is where welfare capitalism comes! Welfare capitalism is capitalism that includes social welfare policies. Welfare capitalism is also the practice of businesses providing welfare services to their employees. Welfare capitalism in this second sense, or industrial paternalism, was centered on industries that employed skilled labor. This will improve the economy and at the same time prioritze the workforce. Trade unions and the Democratic Workers Council will have to associate with corporations and private industries to talk about this matter. This will be the programs to attain this kind of goal: 1. Housing will be privately owned. 2. Local governments, trade unions and the Democratic Workers Council will have to associate with each other to develop good conditions of the workers. III. Theological and Sacerdoctal Judiciary The only supreme and pristine law a man to follow is the Law of God. So, all judgements will be based theologically. All judges must be appointed by regional dioceses and will serve a lifelong term with a choice of resignation. IV. Economic Progress Hawu Mumenhes's national government expenses is as cheap as a kids' allowance in a half day session at school. We are in an era of modernized world! The Disruptor party have done a great job ruining this beautiful nation! In order to solve this, education and trade and industry must be prioritized to the FULL EXTENT. A progressive flat taxation system must be enforced by the government that gives a win-win effect. V. Non-Dynastic Pharaohism In a modern world, there are few to less monarchies existing in Terra. All of them are constitutional monarchies. They are only honored because of their "blue blood". In a New Society, a republic must be formed with no royal and political dynasties ruling Hawu Mumenhes. The Supreme Pharaoh of the People's Republic of Hawu Mumenhes is a presidential executive position that chairs the Presidential cabinet surrounded with Viziers that manages different departments in Hawu Mumenhes. |
