Current: Members of parliament and/or government receive the highest salaries in the country, far above the salaries of other citizens.
Proposed: Members of parliament and/or government are entitled to a comparatively small salary.

Old value:: All government employees have to promise political independence.
Current: Government employees are selected and appointed in a political way.

Old value:: Citizens elect their mayor directly in a local election.
Current: Mayors are elected by their municipal councils.
Proposed: The municipal councils exercise mayoral powers.
