With this reform the State will go to proceed with an income tax cut which will interest the especially the low incomes and the middle-class, to defend their purchase power and so to support the internal demand, but which will assure also a stimulus for the investment assuring a more simple fiscal system and also will not dissuade the savers, especially the great estates and assets, from new investments and purchases." |
