Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

The Federal Code will be amended as follows: Article 1 Article 4.1 will be replaced with: "Article 4.1 The Supreme Court consists of a minumum of 5 and a maximum of 7 members." Article 2 Aricle 1.4 will be replaced with: "Article 1.4 In every calendar year the Prime Minister can issue a maximum of six Cabinet Decrees". Article 3 A new Article 2.4 will be added: "Article 2.4 (a) The Prime Minister can suspend the execution of a certain law. Article 2.4 (b) The Prime Minister must name the specific Article of the specific Bill that passed that law, where the 'Current Value' and the 'Proposed Value' must be the same. Article 2.4 (c) If the Prime Minister suspends a law such a way the 'Old Value' will be in effect for 8 months. Article 2.4 (d) If the Prime Minister suspends a law such a way he must also propose a Bill that would change that specific law." Article 4 A new Article 2.5 will be added "Article 2.5 The Prime Minister can instruct the Federal Chief of Police to perform a special investigation" Article 5 To support the special investigation mentioned in Article 4 we propose that the Ministry of Justice would receive additional funding. |
