Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 4214
Description[?]:
Teacher lead prayer in state run schools should be forbidden as it goes against the separation of church and state. Students who do not belong to that faith will feel ostracized. However, religious schools should be allowed to hold prayers as it goes with their ethos and students joined the school for these reasons. A recent survey shows that close to 60% of the population are in some way secular leaning. This gives a mandate to make school environments more secular. |
