| Members of Congress, We are in an excellent financial situation, we have a huge surplus and an increase to the Baltusian Health Service means that we have one of the top Health Services in the Terra. I believe that sitting around with a huge surplus is unnecessary, yes a small surplus for emergency, but we should not be enforcing our people to live under tax after tax after tax. We should move forward on this issue, and cut tax for all. If socialists try to stop this, it will backfire at the polls.
